Lessons from a dog named “Sassy” - John 4:34 & Luke 10:2-9

A lost, blind dog was the topic of this message continued from 05.02.10 and provided a great illustrative sermon that came alive for us all. You will need to listen to the podcasts to get the story in its full meaning, but the points speak for themselves. 1) Do not be too tired to do the right thing. 2) Do not let fear keep you from helping someone in need. 3) Don’t expect that someone else will do it. 4) Don’t pass the responsibility off on someone else, but see the good deed through to the end, like the Good Samaritan did. 5) Be motivated and passionate for those who may be on “death row”. 6) Enjoy and celebrate the reunion of those that are lost and blind to those that love them most.
